Kano Kaori’s best album “CAOLI CANO COLLECTION ~BEAUTIFUL DAYS~” will finally be released on December 21st! The digest version of the first commercialized Music Video is now available on YouTube!
CAOLI CANO’s charming best album will be released in 2 forms: CD (2 discs) + Blu-ray (1 disc) 3-disc limited production edition and regular edition (1 CD)! The complete limited edition (Disc-2) includes precious sound sources such as “Parolibre”, which was a vocalese for Ryuichi Sakamoto’s album “Miraiha Yaro” released in 1986. In addition, (Disc-3) Blu-ray contains 8 MVs for the first commercialization and a short movie released in 1999.
At the special event for purchasers of the limited edition, there will be a mini live & talk, and a collaboration with Hasamaya Sake Brewery, where Kano Kaori herself is the head of the family! ! In 1983, in the Harajuku club scene Reminiscent of good old Italian movies Debuted as an operatic vocal diva for the legendary band “Chocolata”. After making his solo debut in 1991 with “TINY LESSON” (Sony Records), Released hit songs such as “Aoi Chikyu wa Palm” and “Angel at 2 am”. Developing activities in Shibuya-kei fields. Released 18 albums. In addition to his own songwriting activities, he also provides music for various genres such as movie theme songs and anime music, and produces music for many artists.
In addition, as the 12th head of the Hasamaya Sake Brewery (Miyagi Prefecture), which was founded in 1757, his birthplace, he has been involved in sake brewing since 2003 as part of regional reconstruction and revitalization.
In 2011, in response to the Great East Japan Earthquake, Miyagi Bikki no Kai was established by cultural figures and artists with ties to the prefecture, and worked hard to support activities.
Since 2012, he has been producing music halls and music studios. In 2016, established a non-profit general incorporated foundation Over the Rainbow Foundation.
Taking over the overseas training camp for students from Tohoku Reconstruction Prefecture from Miyagi Bikki no Kai.
In addition, we launched the One Song Project, a school song record preservation project for schools that were closed due to disasters, etc.
We are continuing to work with the prefecture and the Reconstruction Agency on support activities centered on emotional support for prefectures that are recovering from the earthquake.
