◆ Background and motivation for the birth of the service
“Kaisha no Taiso” is a physical disorder such as stiff shoulders and back pain in an unfamiliar work environment, weight gain due to chronic lack of exercise and disordered lifestyle due to reduced exercise opportunities due to work from home and refraining from going out due to the epidemic of the new coronavirus. The number of employees complaining about such things increased, and it was born as a result of consultations from client companies with new health management issues.
In 2022, we are experimentally producing gymnastics for three client companies (department stores, IT companies, and manufacturers) that received requests.
◆ From “radio exercises” to “original exercises”
Since it was enacted in 1928, “Radio Exercise” has become familiar to the public and has become a staple of morning assemblies in the workplace. I don’t see it much anymore.
