Notice of Increase in Incentives for Cumulative Stock Investment System
Synchro Food Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo,
Representative Director: Shinichi Fujishiro, TSE Prime Market: 3963) will increase the incentive grant rate in the stock cumulative investment system from January 2023, from the previous 5%. We would like to inform you that we will raise it to 15%.
About stock accumulation investment system
The stock accumulation investment system refers to a system in which stocks are purchased continuously for a certain amount on a certain day every month. We have introduced a stock accumulation investment system as part of our employee welfare program, and we encourage employees to purchase stock by giving incentives when they acquire their own stock through salary deductions.
This increase in the incentive grant rate will further promote the willingness of our employees to purchase shares, contribute to long-term asset formation through our own shares, align our interests with shareholders, and increase awareness of participation in management. We aim to improve.
