Background of Chaos Map Creation
Prime Minister Kishida’s policy speech in October this year announced that he would invest 1 trillion yen in support for reskilling over five years. While attention has been focused on it, there has been no unification of what categories and services are available when companies are trying to “re-skill”. Therefore, this chaos map is compiled so that you can see and check the major services in Japan as of December 2022.

Definition of “Reskilling” in Chaos Maps
According to the Recruit Works Institute, reskilling is “acquisition of/having the necessary skills to enter a new occupation or to adapt to a drastic change in the skills required in one’s current
occupation.” It is said to be (*1), but in reskilling as a corporate management strategy, it often refers to occupations and tasks that are born at the same time as DX.
Based on the above premise, in this chaos map, we define the reskilling solution for relearning IT skills related to DX as the scope of the chaos map.

The main major classifications are based on the 4 steps of reskilling presented by Recruit Works Institute in “Works Report 2021 Reskilling Organization” (* 2).
Skill visualization
In reskilling, it is necessary to define what kind of skills will be required for new jobs and tasks, and to get those who need them to acquire new skills. To that end, it is necessary to clarify new skills and identify employee skills. “Skill visualization” includes a skill dictionary that organizes skills, vendor qualifications, and assessment tools, survey tools, and talent management tools to identify clarified skills as a service to clarify skills. We are classifying.
study program
Reskilling requires skills that are not present in the company to adapt to a new occupation or a drastic change in skills. It is necessary to combine not only on-site OJT but also OFF JT for learning. For this reason, services that support OFF JT are
categorized in the study program category. In addition, as a classification of OFF JT service, it is divided into e-learning format that allows you to study anytime and anywhere in your spare time, group training format that allows you to input an overview in a few days, and BootCamp format to improve your skills over several months. We are doing
accompanying learning
Reskilling is a means of achieving a company’s strategy, so it must be accompanied in various ways in order to continue learning without giving up. As an approach to accompaniment, we offer an LMS to analyze the learning situation and take measures to increase the completion rate of the course, a coaching service to motivate reskilling, and a mentor service that allows you to ask questions at any time when you have trouble learning. We have classified.
skill practice
Reskilling is not just a matter of learning, it is a series of processes leading up to putting into practice what has been learned. As a method of changing occupations and operations until practice, talent management services are placed in the practice category of skills.
