Terra Motors introduces EV charging to new condominiums free of charge even if subsidies are not used
Supporting response to mandatory EV charging and promoting

Terra Motors Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Toru Tokushige / President: Akihiro Ueda, hereinafter referred to as Terra Motors) aims to build an EV charging infrastructure network, even if subsidies are not used, for new condominiums. We will develop a new plan that allows free installation of EV charging equipment. We aim to solve the problem that it is difficult to use subsidies for newly built condominiums because the period from subsidy application to installation completion report is limited.
