“Raw Chocolate Peanuts -Bocchi-” that maximizes the sweetness and aroma of peanuts
Bocchi’s peanut paste, where you can enjoy the original sweetness and aroma of peanuts, and the pure taste of the ingredients themselves, is combined with original chocolate that has a nut-like flavor. Enjoy the harmony of nutty and sweetness, richness and bitterness, chocolate and peanuts complementing each other and making the most of each other. ・Peanut paste that allows you to enjoy the original sweetness of peanuts without using sugar
The peanut paste used this time is sugar-free from “Bocchi”, which carefully grows peanuts in the fields of Kujukuri, Chiba. The peanut paste, which does not contain sugar but is sweet, is cultivated and processed with care to bring out the original taste of the
ingredients. They are roasted with the utmost care, then carefully sorted and processed into a paste. One of the features is the smooth texture that makes the taste of the ingredients stand out even more. The peanut is a variety called “Nacate Yutaka”, and it is a versatile variety that is suitable for a wide range of uses without interfering with various ingredients while asserting the original taste of peanuts with a refreshing sweetness.
・ Chocolate with a nut-like flavor that is close to the taste of peanuts The chocolate is a blend of cacao beans from Haiti and Ghana, and in order to make the most of the original taste of peanuts, it has a nut-like scent and a pleasant chocolate-like sweetness and bitterness of oil. By searching for the optimal balance between the flavors of peanuts and chocolate and adjusting the composition over and over again, when you take a bite, you can feel the sweet taste of the peanuts themselves, and the finish is finished with a strong chocolate flavor.

Peanuts grown with great care in the fields of Kujukuri, Chiba, are on your daily table. The brand name “Bocchi” comes from the local language, which means “unloading” the harvested beans in the field, and is a seasonal feature of autumn on the beach. Stacking, peeling, drying in the sun, and traditional handiwork bring out the true flavor of peanuts. We are contributing to the environment and the smiles of the local community and people through support for farmers using our cultivation know-how using organic materials, cooperation with local elderly people and welfare workshops, and dissemination of good products to our customers.

Chocolate craftsman team “Minimal” exploring materials and manufacturing methods [Image 4
Minimal visits cocoa production areas around the world and
manufactures chocolates one by one by hand by craftsmen from high quality cocoa beans. Patissiers, chocolatiers, and craftsmen who have honed their skills at Michelin-starred restaurants and top patisserie in Japan and overseas are earnestly based on the starting point of “carefully and simply, using the best ingredients to bring out the maximum aroma”. We will make Minimal chocolates and sweets at work. As for cacao, which is a raw material, we conduct research and lectures on fermentation and drying work locally, and develop flavors that meet high quality and high unit price with cacao farmers. Aiming for sustainable economic self-reliance of the cocoa industry, which has remnants of plantations, we will provide technical support and fair and ethical transactions. In 2019, we conducted a cacao survey in Nicaragua as part of JICA’s ODA feasibility study project.
Received 73 awards at international competitions for 7 consecutive years due to the idea of “subtraction” that makes the most of the ingredients and our unique manufacturing method. We would like to deliver “chocolate that leaves a lasting impression” that will make you want to eat again!
It also has a cafe space. You can also enjoy coffee, chocolate and parfaits. [Image 5
