The DVD of “Creation Stories ~The Man Who Changed the World’s Music Scene~”, which is a film adaptation of the turbulent life of Alan McGee, the man who founded the legendary UK music label “Creation Records”, will be released in February 2023. Alan McGee, the main character who created and nurtured the world’s number one indie label, is played by unique actor Ewen Bremner, who played Spud in “Trainspotting.”

■ Story
A young man born and raised in Scotland, Alan dreams of becoming a rock star, but he constantly clashes with his conservative father. Alan flew out to London with a local friend and established Creation Records with his friends. Although the management of the label, which was left unattended, was troubled, Alain demonstrated his talent for publicity. Creating popular bands one after another, Creation grew to become one of Britain’s leading labels. However, due to the pressure of label management and family problems, Alan is gradually driven into a corner mentally.
