TIS’ business chatbot creation service “DialogPlay” adopted as LINE official account for smart senior life business
TIS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasushi Okamoto; hereafter: TIS), a member of the TIS INTEC Group, has implemented a project aimed at solving the problems faced by seniors in Osaka Prefecture through the use of ICT. We are pleased to announce that TIS’ business chatbot creation service “DialogPlay” has been adopted for the LINE official account “Osaka RakuNavi” of the “Smart Senior Life Business”.
The official LINE account for the smart senior life business, “Osaka RakuNavi,” has been opened. “DialogPlay” provided by our company was adopted as an AI chatbot that allows you to enjoy talking with the character “Dai-chan” by voice and text, which is one of the contents of this official LINE account.
The new AI chatbot incorporates speech synthesis from AITalk (AI Co., Ltd.) and technology that supports Kansai dialect. . In addition, it has become possible for elderly people to have conversations in the familiar language (Kansai dialect).
This AI chatbot can be used not only from dedicated tablets, but also from websites and smartphones, so we can expect a significant increase in the number of users.
In the future, we plan to incorporate an engine that specializes in small talk to improve the level of conversation, and we will also consider using it in areas such as consumer health management and disaster prevention.
