◎ About “Hamamatsu ORI-Project”
Hamamatsu City is implementing the “Hamamatsu ORI-Project”, a project to create model cases for utilizing the Hamamatsu City data linkage platform, as an initiative to realize the digital smart city of Hamamatsu. ◎ About AVS
We are developing “AVS” with the vision of “creating a friendly universal society where people support each other”. AVS (Active Volunteer System) is a platform that matches people who want to participate as volunteers with organizations that recruit them. It has the following three features, and aims to provide an environment where users can easily participate in volunteer activities.
1. Unification of volunteer information scattered in the region 2. Distribute volunteer information (area and genre desired by users) on LINE and visualize it on a map
3. Convert volunteer history into data as a social contribution score (planned to be used as an incentive for users)

■Purpose: Use AVS to confirm the following value proposition. ・Vitalization of volunteer activities in Hamamatsu City
・Advantages of organizations distributing volunteer recruitment information by centralizing information: efficiency of clerical work, detailed understanding of performance data of volunteer participants ・Visualization of activity results in each region based on social contribution scores
■ Demonstration period: November 5, 2022 to February 28, 2023 ■ Demonstration area: Centered on Hamamatsu City, including some neighboring cities and towns
■ Demonstration target: Hamamatsu citizens and people working in Hamamatsu City who are registered with AVS

・Organizations distributing volunteer recruitment information (Hamamatsu Citizen Collaboration Center, universities in Hamamatsu City, etc.) will disseminate AVS information.
