At The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome (Location: 1-6-3 Higashi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, General Manager: Kuniyoshi Kasahara), the all-day dining “Harmony” on the 24th floor is inspired by the city of Tokyo. We will sell a dinner where you can choose one item from 5 types of soup that will warm your body and heart beautifully.

◇ Contents: A dinner course where you can taste a luxurious soup that will warm your body and soul while it is bright to the eye during the cold winter months. You can also enjoy roast beef of domestic beef and crepe suzette for dessert. A colorful soup with lots of ingredients, created by the chef with the theme of the city and colors of Tokyo.
Inspired by the five towns of Shiodome, where our hotel is located, and Jiyugaoka, Shinjuku, Ginza, and Kagurazaka. You can choose one of the five colors of soup that the chef thinks of each city: white, green, black, red, and gold, as part of the dinner course.
1. Shiodome Seafood White Chowder
Shiodome is one of the representative coasts of Tokyo. It is said that Shiodome came to be called Shiodome because the sea was cut off by a levee in the Edo period. With the Shiodome coast in mind, clams, shrimp, mussels, and scallops are finished with cream. Shiodome version of Boston clam chowder with clams finished with cream. 2. Jiyugaoka Italia-gai Chicken, Vegetables, and Gnocchi Zuppa Verde Jiyugaoka is a popular spot where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Venice in Tokyo, with its brick buildings, cobblestone streets, canals and gondolas. Chicken mousse, bright green vegetables, and fruity olive oil are a perfect match. The image is green minestrone. 3. Shinjuku Sopa de Ajo, Spanish Garlic Soup Made with Black Rice In Shinjuku Waseda, there is a building that reminds me of Gaudi’s work, and a housing complex that has the image of the legendary land of Spain “El Dorado (Golden Land)”. A garlic soup called de ajo. Finished with a soft-boiled egg using black rice and vegetables. 4. Ginza Red Beet Soup Beef Borscht
There are many restaurants in Ginza where you can eat delicious borscht. White sour cream accents the bright red soup of softly simmered beef and vegetables. You can enjoy it by adding freshness to your eyes and tongue.

Kagurazaka French Golden Consomme with Bacon and Vegetables Kagurazaka is called France in Japan, and there are many French restaurants, and about a quarter of French people living in Tokyo live in Shinjuku Ward, where Kagurazaka is located. And speaking of French soup, the golden consommé that has been prepared carefully. Enjoy plenty of bacon and winter vegetables.
