Masanori Suzuki has been appointed as President and Representative Director (General Manager Japan).

 is pleased to announce that Masanori Suzuki, Representative Director (Managing Director), has been appointed as Representative Director and President (General Manager Japan) as of January 1, 2023. .
A powerhouse of culture and style, Swarovski has ushered in a new era with a new vision, illuminating the worlds of fashion, entertainment, science and design. In 2021, we welcomed Giovanna Engelbart as a new creative director and renewed the brand. In 2022, Alexi Nazar will become CEO, the first non-Swarovski family member since its founding in 1895, and will further evolve Swarovski's unique tradition and savoir-faire.
After working for a global cosmetic brand, an apparel eyewear brand, and an electric vehicle company in the United States, Suzuki joined Swarovski Japan in 2018 and was involved in the B to B business as the representative director of the Professional Division. In 2016, I was appointed as B to C Representative Director (Managing Director). From now on, I will contribute to the further development of Swarovski Japan while promoting Swarovski's unique luxury crystal lifestyle as the President and CEO (General Manager Japan).
In driving the further growth of Swarovski Japan, Suzuki said as follows. “We are confident that Swarovski will be able to provide joy and excitement to our customers through the best Customer Journey, leveraging our strengths in tradition and savoir-faire. We are proceeding with the renovation of our touchpoint store.While considering the spread of infectious diseases, we will become ONE SWAROVSKI and strengthen OMO, CRM, and CX, and continue to be aggressive in 2023.”
