The most common concern among people in their 20s was “vague anxiety about future careers.” Although the 20s is an important period for career development, many women tend to work with vague anxiety about the future image after their 30s.
Next, the most common concern among people in their 30s was “balancing work, marriage, childcare, and family.” As the percentage of married people increases in their 30s, balancing work and family tends to become a major concern.
The most common concern among people in their 40s was “vague anxiety about future careers.” It seems that there are quite a few women who have vague concerns about their careers and their spouses’
post-retirement careers.
For those in their 50s and above, “human relations at work”
overwhelmingly ranked first. The number of women who work part-time or part-time jobs is increasing, and it seems that there are many people who work comfortably in the workplace and emphasize human
relationships.
Percentage of women with career concerns who use career change services [Image 2d103533-3-f1ec4c2f3d0ada0f14a9-1.png&s3=103533-3-83f41f5d37f6929d71c668f210e367aa-628x360.png
Nearly half said they have used career change services. On the other hand, 54% of people have never used a career change service even if they have concerns about their careers.
In addition, we are conducting a questionnaire survey on “what kind of job change service did you use?” by women who have used job change services.

The women who have used it were clearly divided into those who have used job change sites and career change agents. You can see that the majority of women use general job change services.
On the other hand, we also found that the usage rate of “paid career consultation services” and “career coaching services”, which have become more popular recently and offer consultations that do not presuppose job changes, is low.
summary
This time, we conducted a questionnaire survey on “worries about women’s careers.”
Characteristics and tendencies are divided by age group, but the most common concern was “balancing work, marriage, childcare, and family.” Given that half of them do not use career change services, the spread of career counseling services that better meet the needs of women may lead to the improvement of career worries peculiar to women.
