■ The top method of searching for properties for both experienced and prospective users is “searching on real estate portal sites” When asked how they searched for a property, the top answer for both experienced and prospective users was “searching on a real estate portal site.” In addition, those who considered “searching on the homepage of a real estate company” and “searching on a real estate portal app” were evenly matched at over 40%. Furthermore, it seems that about one in three people, both those who have experience and those who are considering it, visit and look for an “open house/model room.”

73.3% of experienced respondents and 66.0% of prospective respondents answered “floor plan” when looking for a property on the Internet. Among the examiners, those who answered “toilet” said that they wanted to check the size and cleanliness.

Furthermore, when we asked those with experience whether they had ever felt “inconvenient” when signing a contract, about 80 people answered that they had to handwrite paper documents necessary for moving in applications and contracts. It turns out that 20% of people feel that handwriting is inconvenient.
