1st Place Compatibility with the beautician
・Of course, coloring and cutting skills are important, but since you spend a lot of time at the beauty salon, you won’t want to go unless you’re someone you don’t mind. (Female in her 30s)
・Since I am not very good at communicating requests and preferences to hairdressers, ease of communication is an important point. (Female in her 40s)
・Whether or not the stylist in charge does the styling as I want, I judge whether or not I can repeat. (Woman in her 20s)

There were many opinions that they wanted to spend a comfortable time and wanted the styling to be as desired.
2. Is it close to home?
・Since I gave birth to a child, I couldn’t find time for it, so I started looking for a nearby beauty salon. (Female in her 30s) ・If it is too far away, it will be troublesome to go to the haircut and it will be troublesome to make a reservation. This is because the closer the store is, the less psychological burden it will be. (Female in her 40s)
・I’m going to make a reservation, so I think I’ll go even if it rains. Then the closer one is, you can get there on foot somehow.

There were many opinions that it would be troublesome to commute because it is too far away because of childcare.
3rd place Good value for money
・Since my hair is short, I need to go to the hair salon in a relatively short cycle, and I want to keep costs down as much as possible, so I value cost performance (female in her 20s).
・No matter how much you like it, you won’t be able to go unless the cost performance is good to keep going. I don’t want to spend money on a beauty salon so much that I can’t afford it. (Female in her 30s) ・ If you are going to go for a long time, it is definitely
cost-effective. I’m in the middle of parenting, so it’s not elegant enough to spend money on my hair. (Female in her 30s)
The 3rd place was “good cost performance”.
There was an opinion that they want to reduce expenses because they go to the beauty salon frequently, and they can’t go because it’s financially tight.
4th Place: Good word of mouth
・The reason why I focused on word-of-mouth communication was that I made a mistake judging by the appearance. I have never failed with good reviews, so I place the utmost importance on them. (Female in her 40s)
・I don’t want to make mistakes even if it’s a little expensive or far away, so it’s good to have good word of mouth and replies to complaints as much as possible. (Woman in her 20s)
・Although the opinions of people who have used it are not all, they are helpful, and there are parts that can be trusted that they are not wrong. (Female in her 30s)
4th place was “Good word of mouth”.
There was an opinion that the user’s opinion would be helpful because they failed to judge by the appearance.

When we conducted a questionnaire to 100 people, 60% of the total answered that they were “compatibility with a hairdresser.”
Also, as the reason for answering, there were many opinions such as because they wanted to spend a comfortable time and wanted the styling to be as desired.
