Our special rate “Enekari Plus” is a service that can be used for a fixed monthly fee of 4,950 yen (tax included) if you apply for solar panel installation together with an order for renovation work after a regular inspection of a newly built house.
K-I Star Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters/Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture, Representative Director/Keiji Hanawa, hereinafter referred to as “our company”) and TEPCO Energy Partner Co., Ltd.
(Headquarters/Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President/Nobuhide Akimoto, (hereinafter referred to as “TEPCO EP”) has concluded a business alliance agreement in the sale of the solar power generation plan “Enecali Plus” and has started sales with a special price plan limited to our property purchasers.

Development background
The government is promoting discussions with the goal of “introducing solar power generation to 60% of new detached houses by 2030”, and it is expected that the speed of installing solar power generation will further accelerate in the future. In addition, efforts to create a decarbonized society in the real estate industry have become essential, as evidenced by the enactment of an ordinance requiring the installation of solar power generation systems in newly built detached houses in Tokyo. In addition, due to various factors such as the rise in the import price of fuel due to the tension in Ukraine after February 2022, electricity prices continue to rise. In addition, as the prices of various materials are soaring, the price of solar panels is also on the rise.
On the other hand, there were many cases where customers who purchased our newly built houses inquired about installing solar panels during regular inspections or when ordering renovation work. In light of the high demand for solar panel installation, we considered new services using power contracts (third-party model*1) between customers and electric power companies. We have developed “Enecali Plus” that can be applied for at a special rate.
*1…The third-party ownership model is also called a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement), in which the electricity consumer (user) provides the business operator with space such as the site and roof, and the business operator provides the solar power plant. We provide free installation, operation and maintenance of power generation equipment such as photovoltaic power generation systems.
“Enecali Plus” service overview
Our special rate “Enecali Plus” is for those who order our company for renovation work that involves installing scaffolding. We have made it possible to reduce the cost of installing scaffolding by applying together with the installation of scaffolding in renovation work such as exterior wall painting.
・ POINT 1 The service fee is 4,950 yen (tax included) per month This is the fee when you conclude a contract with our company for renovation work that involves the installation of scaffolding. ・ POINT 2 Initial cost 0 yen
You can install expensive solar power generation equipment without initial costs.
・ POINT 3 After the contract period expires, the solar power generation equipment will be transferred free of charge
After the 10-year contract period expires, the solar power generation equipment will be transferred to the customer free of charge. ・ POINT 4 High quality and long-term warranty
In the event of maintenance or failure, TEPCO EP will respond. In addition, property disaster compensation gives you peace of mind in the event of an emergency.

“Enecali Plus” service notes
・Enecali Plus is a contract between TEPCO EP and the customer. If a contract cannot be made due to the target conditions, etc., we may consult with you about the introduction method.
・Those under the age of 18 and those over the age of 70 cannot apply. ・ Use is subject to screening by the guarantee company.
・ An internet connection is required to use Enecali Plus.
・ The handling of surplus electricity belongs to TEPCO EP.
・ Application for Enecali Plus is applicable to the service area of Tokyo Electric Power Company.
