Care Business Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tadashi Harada), which provides consulting for nursing care and welfare business and services that create new value, will provide welfare facility managers and executives with 2023 On Friday, January 13, 2019, Omron Taiyo Co., Ltd. (hereafter, Omron Taiyo) is attracting the most attention both inside and outside the industry for its pioneering and advanced efforts in the employment of people with disabilities in Japan. We will hold a factory inspection tour and workshop.
After the inspection tour, a workshop will be held with the operators of the participating welfare facilities and people from Omron Taiyo. Specifically, we plan to have discussions from the perspective of whether we can put into practice the pioneering efforts introduced by Omron Taiyo at our facilities.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University, he worked at several companies before moving to a consulting firm. While supporting the care and welfare industry at a consulting company, he keenly felt the need for reform in the industry and decided to start his own business in the field of care and welfare. “I can’t support nursing care facilities with desk theory,” he retired from a consulting company and ran a day service. Directly involved in the field of nursing care and welfare. Currently, in order to lead the reform of as many nursing care facilities as possible, I am
concentrating on supporting the management of nursing care facilities. He is the author of “Secrets of Management of Nursing Care Offices and Labor Management, Labor Standards Office Measures, Subsidy Utilization (Japanese Laws)” and “Nursing Care Revitalization Project (Elle Shobo)”. Contributed to many magazines such as “Day Management and Management (QOL Service)”, “Day Service & Management (Nissouken)”, “Nursing Care Vision (Nihon Iryo Kikaku)”.
