As an appetizer, we have prepared a dish of “Marukaburi hand-rolled sushi”, which is a rare Japanese beef that is grilled right in front of you, and a dish of vinegared sardines with soybeans seasoned with shuto. For the fish dish, we prepared sautéed red shrimp, which was inspired by demon shell grilling, and finished with anchovy (sardine) sauce.
