The Excel macro (VBA) course ranked first among sales, planning and clerical staff. I think the reason why a course outside of the rankings took first place last year is in the context of reskilling. Now that DX has become important in the corona crisis, there is a need to raise the level of digital skills regardless of occupation. Courses related to management and interpersonal relationships ranked high in service and sales positions. Especially in face-to-face sales at stores, the difficulty of organizational management has increased due to the fact that there were people who were in poor physical condition due to the COVID-19 pandemic, where there was originally a shortage of human resources.
For creative/technical jobs, courses related to goal-achieving mindsets and new businesses are ranked. This is also a trend related to new DX that has never existed before.
The essence of DX means transforming businesses and business models using digital technology. In that sense, there is a rapid demand for creative and technical workers to have the mindset to grow their business.
