1. At the time of the advance reservation, the operator will call the applicant. (Depending on the reservation status, we may be able to respond on the same day as you call.)
2. Tell the operator the 4-digit connection number that will be sent by SMS message to the applicant’s smartphone*1 over the phone. When the operator enters the number confirmed by the phone on the dedicated screen, the connection of “bellFace” will start.
3. Using the “remote control function * 2”, enter the necessary information while viewing the website shared by the operator together. The face photo required for the application can be taken on the spot using the “photo shooting function” of “bellFace” and registered immediately (*If there is a photo taken in advance, it can be selected from the camera folder and used).
4. When you receive the My Number Card issuance decision notification at a later date, make a reservation for receipt at the city hall and the receipt is complete.
