■ System integrators and MSP operators need to monitor and operate diversifying IT resources
With the spread of public clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), the trend toward cloud computing is accelerating. SIers and MSP operators are also receiving more inquiries from customers who want to migrate from on-premises to the cloud. On the other hand, cloud migration is generally done step by step rather than all at once. Since companies will also have existing on-premises systems at the same time, SIer/MSP operators will be required to monitor and operate environments that span the cloud and on-premises.
