■ Background to the implementation of this project
In order to aim to establish a wide-area economic zone by leveling out the gross prefectural production of the Kanto region and seven prefectures, it is necessary to increase the number of people who will lead the regional economy from the perspective of securing a labor force and increasing the number of consumers. We need opportunities to create economic ties between urban areas with a high working-age population ratio and areas with a low working-age population. ■ Purpose of this project
We will create opportunities for strengthening economic ties between urban and rural areas for a wide variety of targets, increase the motivation to take action toward increasing the population of relationships with rural areas, and actually match with local companies.
On February 23, 2023 (Thursday/holiday), the Kanto District Council of the Japan Youth Chamber, aiming to build and establish a wide-area economic zone, held the “Shin Hatarakikata We will hold a business forum-business matching that connects with the region from here. In order to find opportunities to connect with local companies for a wide variety of targets, 1) parallel career promotion seminars that connect with the region, 2) parallel career matching cafes that connect from here, 3) entrepreneurs x regions that connect from here We will conduct three types of business matching seminars.
By connecting human resources in the city center to the region as a related population, we will create a foundation for economic wide-area cooperation within the Kanto region.

In the seminar, the lecturer will also touch on side jobs in the region, and by encouraging side jobs in the region, we will create a related population.
2) Parallel career matching cafe connected from here
Venue: Vision Center Shinagawa 305

Contents: We will invite companies that wish to accept subcontractors based on demand surveys in advance. Those who wish to have a side job are allowed to move around freely in the café-style venue and interact with the person in charge of the company, which directly matches human resources with the company. By creating an example of matching, we will provide an opportunity to see a side job in the area as something familiar.
