5 types of petit fours, porcini mushrooms, natural shrimp, homemade corned beef, etc.

Crème d’amand of raspberry chocolate, ganache and other chocolate tartlets. Tuiles using cacao nibs are accents.
・Vacherin Venezuela ole
A rich Venezuelan ole ganache is hidden in a light meringue. The sour passion fruit sauce harmonizes with the meringue to bring out the aroma of the ganache.
・Rhubarb compote and cacao husk jelly
A combination of red wine, rhubarb that has been made into a compote at a low temperature so that you can feel the texture and sourness, and jelly that uses homemade cacao vodka marinated with cacao husk from Madagascar.
