This is to design a system that discovers, nurtures, and creates themes all at once.
What is the “intrapreneur development project design” service that specializes in R&D departments?
In order to create an organization that nurtures new themes, it is essential to proceed in parallel with the design of human resource development systems and the creation of new themes. Since its founding, Leave a Nest has created businesses that are not bound by existing frameworks, with the aim of “utilizing science and technology to solve global issues using the methods of business.” The process of cultivating leaders specialized in researchers cultivated in this process is utilized in the research departments of major companies to develop human resources who will lead the creation of new themes from research laboratories.
