Since its founding, Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. has set the philosophy of “developing science and technology and contributing to the earth” as its philosophy. We have proceeded as a business.
Based on the projects developed by the seven development divisions that promote all Leave a Nest projects, we have formulated 28 core services that will change the world, and we will announce them one by one.
The 21st service, “Intrapreneur Development Project Design”, is an intrapreneur specializing in corporate R&D departments that aim to “have a theme creation function that leads to future solid business without being bound by existing business frameworks”. This is to design a system that discovers, nurtures, and creates themes all at once.
What is the “intrapreneur development project design” service that specializes in R&D departments?
In order to create an organization that nurtures new themes, it is essential to proceed in parallel with the design of human resource development systems and the creation of new themes. Since its founding, Leave a Nest has created businesses that are not bound by existing frameworks, with the aim of “utilizing science and technology to solve global issues using the methods of business.” The process of cultivating leaders specialized in researchers cultivated in this process is utilized in the research departments of major companies to develop human resources who will lead the creation of new themes from research laboratories. We will create new specific themes while changing the environment.
The following are ideas, attitudes, and environments that hinder the original creativity of researchers, extracted from interviews with the top management of research departments of major companies and examples that I personally saw and heard while accompanying the creation of new themes from research institutes.

Leave a Nest, a group of researchers, makes full use of the knowledge cultivated by its own employees and the discovery and development of technological ventures through TECH PLANTER, etc., so it is possible to design projects that match the characteristics of the research institute.
Instead of role-playing human resource development and desk
discussions, we will actually create new themes and identify the company's human resource development and environmental issues. Leave a Nest and company representatives form a team to design a program in which specialized human resources tailored to the business domain create practical projects.
