The first welcome sweet is the ultimate shortcake “New Extra Super Amaou Shortcake (mini size)” that uses all the ingredients.
We use only “Amaou” carefully selected every morning by our chef pastry chef. In addition, two types of dough are used, one using brown rice eggs and the other using the hotel’s original domestic
eight-grain rice “J cereal”. Fresh cream from Omuta, Kyushu, refined sweetness of wasan sugar, and fragrant vanilla beans are added to the special cream.

Hotel sweets, including 25 kinds of strawberry sweets, are lined up on the buffet table.
“Super Amaou Shortcake” and “Super Melon Shortcake” from the “Super Series” representing New Otani are also available. We will prepare “Amaou Napoleon Pie”, “Amaou Strawberry Tart” and “Amaou Chocolate Roll” using “Amaou”.
