[Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport] February limited “Cacao Buffet” held for the first time

Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport (Location: Izumisano City, Osaka
Prefecture, Kansai International Airport, General Manager: Takashi Kondo), which is directly connected to Kansai International Airport, will open from February 4, 2023 (Sat) to 2023 at the all-day dining “The Brasserie”. On February 26th (Sunday), we will hold “Cacao Buffet-I want to give you a moment to enjoy together-” for the first time on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

This year’s fair has the idea of ”enjoying a meal with cacao that adds umami and richness to not only desserts but also dishes” during the Valentine’s season in February.
The world’s first cacao and soy sauce sold by “Marushin Honke Yuasa Soy Sauce Co., Ltd.” and “Tomoesavour Co., Ltd.” We use the seasoning “cacao sauce (Jean)” that combines a new sensation. In addition, you can fully enjoy cacao-based menus such as “Smoked salmon and burdock lomilomi cacao sauce” and “Cacao-marinated bone-in chicken thigh oven-baked mint-flavored tomato sauce”.
For dessert, the monthly trifle cake recommended by “The Brasserie” includes the cute “Two kinds of berries and white chocolate trifle cake”, “Opera” and “Gato chocolat” with beautiful cross-sectional layers. In addition, we offer a wide range of content.
In addition to the cacao-based dishes, you can also enjoy four items on the menu that use “Matsunami cabbage,” the third specialty crop of Izumisano City, where the hotel is located.
