Strengthening Fixed Income Management Team – Recruitment of Hybrid Securities Manager in London –

Nomura Asset Management U.K. Limited (hereinafter “NAM UK”), a 100% UK subsidiary of Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CEO and President: Hiroyasu Koike, hereinafter “the Company”), Julian Marks has been appointed Head of Hybrid Securities* for our London-based Fixed Income team.
Marks joined NAM UK after 15 years at leading manager Neuberger Berman. In his previous role, he was the lead portfolio manager for a corporate hybrid securities strategy, as well as a portfolio manager for an investment grade corporate bond strategy. Marks will be responsible for launching new strategies in corporate hybrid securities management based on his expertise, backed by the extensive capabilities of our fixed income investment team in European investment grade bonds.
