On Saturday, January 28, 2023, the Faculty of Letters of Okayama University (Headquarters: Kita Ward, Okayama City; President: Hiroshi Makino) held a lecture titled “Separation Movement between Crimea and Donbass: The Origin of the Russia-Ukrainian War” at Okayama
University. It will be held in Lecture Room 20 of the Tsushima Campus Grammar and Sutra Lecture Building.

A public lecture hosted by the Faculty of Letters, in which Prof. Kimitaka Matsuzato, Faculty of Law, the University of Tokyo, who is a leading authority on contemporary Ukrainian and Russian politics, explains the background, current situation, and future prospects of the Ukrainian War in an easy-to-understand manner based on field research. .
