I am Yamagata, Executive Director of the Osaka Smart City Partners Forum and Manager of the Regional Strategy Promotion Section, Strategy Promotion Office, Smart City Strategy Department, Osaka Prefectural Government.
I am very happy that the Osaka Smart City Partners Forum was selected as an Internet voting candidate at the winter Digi Takoshien. At the time of its establishment, there were about 240 companies and organizations, but now it has expanded to more than 460 companies and organizations. Utilizing a wide network of all 43 municipalities in the prefecture, companies, universities, civic tech, etc., companies, etc. and municipalities collaborate to solve regional issues, and a number of initiatives for service demonstration and implementation using ICT are born.
We will continue to strive to realize a sustainable “Osaka model” smart city through public-private partnerships in preparation for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo. Ladies and gentlemen, please give us a clean vote for OSPF’s efforts.
