Japan CHO Association Online Special Public Lecture Held January 23rd “How Career Counseling Should Be in an Era Called for Career Autonomy”
The “Japan CHO Association” (operating body: Pasona Inc.) aims to explore the roles and functions of the human resources department and develop “CHO (Chief Human Officer) = Chief Personnel Officer” and next-generation CHO candidates. Six people who are active in the field of career counseling will take the stage and discuss the actual situation of career counseling and effective methods of career counseling.
Through this course, the Japan CHO Association will disseminate the role of corporate personnel in an era where the importance of human capital management is increasing.

Established in May 2004 by Pasona Group Inc. as the operating body, this is a membership-based study group and exchange group organization for people involved in core human resource operations. Members include directors/executive officers, general managers, section
chiefs/managers, and diversity promotion officers/persons in charge of human resources departments, and more than 1,600 people from 700 companies have registered (as of the end of November 2022). ). We held monthly forums and seminars on various themes related to human resources and diversity promotion. We are working to develop CHO candidates.
