It is a project implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. ・Agricultural cooperative type agritech by a Kenyan founder. ・In the past, we attempted farming guidance using satellite data, but it pivoted due to COVID19.
・The understanding of our services is quick, and we are committed to dissemination to affiliated farmers and sales to plantation companies. -Affiliated Plan-
・Saguri provides Lentera with a soil chemical index survey service using AI polygons and satellites.
・Lentera spreads Saguri’s services to affiliated farmers.
・Provide sales to companies that jointly manage large-scale plantations. ・Collaborative development of grant programs from Europe, including the United Kingdom.

We have started business with Eastern African Growers (EAG) as Africa’s first client. By providing soil chemistry evaluations using our AI polygons and satellite data for EAG affiliated farmers and managed farmlands, we aim to facilitate EAG farmland management over hundreds of hectares.

After graduating from Waseda University, he built his career with a major insurance company, a human resources venture, and his family’s nursing care business.In July 2017, he joined the Bengaluru branch of Yusen Logistics India Pvt. In addition to local sales for Japanese companies, he was fascinated by startups centered on Bengaluru and built his own network. Since April 2019, he has participated in the establishment of the Japanese agritech company Sagri Co., Ltd. in India, and is currently in Bengaluru for the second time. Sagri Co., Ltd. is a start-up company founded in Hyogo Prefecture in June 2018 with the vision of “realizing the coexistence of mankind and the earth.” We aim to solve global agricultural and environmental issues with satellite data and AI. In 2021, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries was certified as a university-launched venture company such as agriculture, forestry and fisheries technology, and was selected as J-Startup-KANSAI by the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry.
