At the symposium, we plan to take up the case of our Actaba introduced in Chiba City. Chiba City was the first local government in the Kanto region to introduce Actava.
Since 2021, the agricultural land situation grasping application “Actaba” has been introduced in major municipalities such as Gero City, Gifu Prefecture, Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, and Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. We have been promoting cooperation with 70 local governments nationwide, including demonstration experiments, and have promoted the efficiency of farmland patrols at each municipal agricultural committee. The Chiba City Agricultural Committee has also introduced the “Actaba” service to improve the efficiency of grasping the situation of idle farmland and to convert to DX.
What is ACTABA, an app that streamlines farmland patrol surveys? [Image 3d40885-129-c21c75c4fc86fe336ea8-0.png&s3=40885-129-8eb85979c587475eb7fc21ba63426d41-2544x1734.png
Until now, farmland patrol surveys have been conducted using paper maps. You will be able to efficiently conduct farmland patrol surveys. With this system, you can diagnose the rate of abandoned farmland for each plot of farmland and reflect it on the tablet screen. It has been announced that satellites and drones can be used for surveys since the 2022 usage survey, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has revised the operation notification and implemented farmland patrol (usage survey) implementation guidelines. We are coordinating the review of This year, Chiba City will be the first in the Kanto region to introduce “ACTABA”.
