Conservation Act, 2016 Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Notification No. 489 will We have acquired BELS certification, which is one of the evaluation systems stipulated in the No. “Guidelines for Indication of Building Energy Consumption

 BELS is an abbreviation for “Building-Housing Energy-efficiency Labeling System”, a building energy-saving performance labeling system launched in 2014 by the Japan Housing Performance Evaluation and Labeling Association. Since evaluations and ratings are conducted by a third-party organization in accordance with the guidelines for labeling energy-saving performance of buildings based on Article 7 of the Building Energy Conservation Law, they are characterized by their high reliability compared to evaluations made by manufacturers. In addition, an evaluation agency registered as a BELS implementation agency evaluates energy conservation performance and displays it with a five-level star mark.
