A training workshop to acquire the practical skills of cognitive behavioral therapy. We offer two courses.

Target: Mental health supporters, students aiming to become mental health supporters
In order to acquire the practical ability of cognitive behavioral therapy, it is essential not only to acquire knowledge but also to repeat practice and clinical review. The goal of this workshop is to acquire practical skills while acquiring knowledge. Even beginners can participate, so please join us. You can choose from two courses. ◆ Participation fee: 40,000 yen (tax included)
*20,000 yen (tax included) for members of the online community “School of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy”
Date and time: You can choose from two cool days for online participation. ・ 1st Course (Capacity 20 people): 3/11 (Sat) 10:00-16:00 (1 hour break) 3/12 (Sun) 10:00-16:00 (1 hour break)
・Second course (capacity 20 people): 3/25 (Sat) 10:00-16:00 (1 hour break) 3/26 (Sun) 10:00-16:00 (1 hour break)

2. Introduction: understanding of symptoms, explanation of improvement methods, consideration of goals
3. Case Formulation: Recognizing Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms 1 Four. Case Formulation: Recognizing Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms 2 Five. Psychoeducation: description of exposure and response
prevention, goal setting
6. Intervention: Implementation of Exposure and Response Prevention 1 7. Intervention: Implementation of Exposure and Response Prevention 2 8. Reflection, termination and prevention of recurrence, follow-up 9. Family correspondence

This course is scheduled to apply for clinical psychologist points. ・After the training, if you want to practice more, you can take additional training (5,500 yen including tax per session).
・After the training, applicants can take a certification test (10,000 yen including tax) through a mock interview.

Customized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Course [Individual Lesson] ◆ Participation format: Online (one-on-one)
◆ Participation fee: 60,000 yen (tax included)
*40,000 yen (tax included) for members of the online community “School of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy”
◆Date and time: will be adjusted individually
◆ Training content (60 minutes x 10 times)
1 : Hearing, mock interview
2-3: Introduction, listening to chief complaints
4-6: case formulation, homework
7-8: Intervention
9-10: mock session and review
◆ Contents: Individual training through role play
◆ Supplement
・There is an implementation manual and a demonstration video. ・After the training, applicants can take a certification test (10,000 yen including tax) through a mock interview.
