JK Holdings Co., Ltd. (Koto-ku, Tokyo; President: Keiichiro Aoki; hereinafter referred to as JKHD), a consolidated subsidiary of Plec Component Co., Ltd. (Higashi-Hiroshima City, Hiroshima; President: Masayoshi Tsuji; hereinafter referred to as Plec) We would like to inform you that our subsidiary Nippon Paneform Co., Ltd. (Koto-ku, Tokyo, President Koji Hasegawa / hereinafter referred to as NIPPANE) will carry out an absorption-type company split to succeed the rights and obligations of the wood processing industry.
