“Miyazaki beef” was certified as “Japan’s best in taste” at the “National Wagyu Ability Exhibition”. Promoted the Miyazaki City-born breeding bull “Nito-ryu”.
Miyazaki Beef won the Prime Minister’s Award for the first time in four consecutive competitions at the National Wagyu Talent Exhibition, which is held once every five years and is also called the Wagyu Olympics. At the Kagoshima tournament held in 2022, the quality of fat was evaluated and proved to be the “best taste in Japan”.
A special booth will be set up at Hinata Sun Marine Stadium Miyazaki to publicize the breed bull “Nitoryu,” which will be responsible for the future of Miyazaki beef.
In the vicinity of the special booth, in addition to the introduction of the “two-sword style”, Miyazaki beef will be served, as well as a gift plan for the popular return item “Yakiniku The Punch” for those registered on the official SNS of Miyazaki City Furusato Nozei.
