“Relo Vacations Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 5-17-9 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President Yoshikatsu Tamura)”, which is responsible for the membership resort business and the hotel and inn management
revitalization business, is “Japan View Hotel Business Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 3-17-1 Nishi-Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiaki Kawashima) owns and operates “Nasu Kogen Hotel View Palace” (Location: Nasu-machi, Nasu-gun, Tochigi Prefecture) 212 Yumoto) has signed a sales contract in January 2023 for some guest rooms and common areas. As a result, the facility will be operated by “Relo Vacations Co., Ltd.” from April 1, 2023. A rebrand is also planned by the end of September 2023.

“Relo Vacations Co., Ltd.” acquired the common areas (restaurant, bath, front desk, etc.) and guest rooms (32 out of 88 rooms) necessary for hotel operation under this sale and purchase agreement, which will be partly owned.
“Nasu Kogen Hotel View Palace” requires a large area of land and is located on a hill even in Nasu Kogen, which has an advantage in location, which led to the acquisition of this time.
