At “ONODERA Nursing Home”, which operates fee-based nursing homes, we will create a symbiotic role model that actively recruits OUR academy students and activate communication that makes use of group resources. ONODERA USER RUN Co., Ltd. was established in November 2016. We are developing human resource education in five Southeast Asian countries (Myanmar, Cambodia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia) and a human resource introduction business in Japan that specializes in specific skills*.
