The first place was “moisturizing ingredient combination”.
After 2nd place, it was followed by “coloring” and “can cover pores”, and “prevents sebum collapse” came in 7th place.
No. 1: Contains moisturizing ingredients
・Moisturizing is necessary because the moisture content of the skin disappears with age. Moisturizing with lotion, beauty essence, and milky lotion before applying makeup is of course important, but excessive moisturizing at the skin care stage can cause makeup to fall apart, so it is best to use a makeup base that moisturizes well. I think it will be an important point to finish well. (Female in her 30s)
・If your skin is dry, it will crack and look saggy, so if you are in your 60s, I think you can make your skin look youthful and firm by using a foundation that protects the moisture. (Female in her 20s) ・If the skin on your face is dry, foundation will not work well and wrinkles will stand out. If you apply foundation after moisturizing, the pores will not be noticeable, so the base should be moisturizing. (Female in her 30s)
The first place was “moisturizing ingredient combination”.
If your skin is dry, makeup tends to come off easily, so there were many opinions that they wanted to choose a foundation that would keep them moisturized.
2nd place: colored
・I think that many people’s faces become dull as they age, so I thought it would be good to use a colored base that makes the complexion look healthy. (Female in her 30s)
・After all, I think that coloring will become more and more important. I think it depends on whether it is very well pigmented than others. (Female from 50s)
・I would be happy if there was also a moisturizing and pore cover. However, as I get older, my skin becomes more dull, so I choose products that make my skin look brighter and have the effect of removing dullness and shadows. (Female from 50s)
The second place is “Colored”.
Many people think that coloring is important because they become concerned about spots and dullness of the skin with age.
3rd place: Can cover pores
・When you reach the age of 60, the color of your skin tends to change, and as time goes on, your pores will become more noticeable. (Female in her 40s)
・If it can cover pores, I think it will be able to hide dullness and blemishes, so I think it will even out uneven skin tone and make it look beautiful. (Female in her 30s)
・As I get older, my pores become more noticeable, so I think it’s good to use a foundation that can cover the pores. Also, I think it would be even better if it had moisturizing ingredients. This is because it reduces the amount of water in your skin. (Female in her 30s) 4th: UV cut effect
・I choose the base because I want to reduce the risk of stains as much as possible by taking measures against UV rays on the base. After all, the influence of ultraviolet rays in the future will come. (Female in her 40s)
・I think that a makeup base with a UV cut effect is good because stains are more likely to occur with UV rays when going out as you get older. (Male, 20s)
・As we age, UV rays are our greatest enemy, so we place importance on a foundation that can be expected to have a UV-cutting effect in order to take countermeasures even a little. (Female from 50s)
4th: Hypoallergenic, additive-free
・Honestly, all of them are important, but I heard from my mother that even people in their 60s have rough skin, so I felt that
additive-free, hypoallergenic products are important. (Female in her 30s)
・Because the skin becomes more sensitive as we get older, it is better to use products that are hypoallergenic and additive-free. (Female from 50s)
・In your 60s, the barrier function of your skin is weakened, making it easier for your skin to become sensitive. (Male, 30s)
6th place: No color
・Personally, I think it would be good to have a very familiar feeling without being flashy as much as possible, and I thought it would suit me. (Male in his 40s)
・In your 60s, the texture and tone of your skin will change, so a colorless base is best. If the color is poorly applied, it may float. (Female in her 30s)
・I think it’s better to have a natural finish because a colored foundation will make the thick coat stand out and make it look gaudy. (Female in her 30s)
7th place: It has the effect of preventing sebum collapse
・Since sebum always comes out regardless of the season, it is important how much you can prevent it. (Male in his 40s)
7th place was “Effective in preventing sebum collapse”.
Some people are worried about the secretion of sebum, and there was an opinion that they want to prevent it with a base.
summary
When we conducted a questionnaire to 100 people, 61.0% of the total answered that it contained moisturizing ingredients.
Also, as reasons for responding, there were many opinions such as that if the skin is dry, makeup tends to fall apart, and that moisturizing properly makes the skin look firm and youthful.
Since the moisture in the skin decreases with age, it is understood that there are many opinions that they want to moisturize well under the foundation.
How about using it as a reference for choosing a makeup base for people in their 60s?
