We invited Dr. Okawa, who is an active doctor and entrepreneur, and Dr. Ebinuma, who runs Adachi Itsuki Pharmacy as an active pharmacist and has received many awards, to discuss the latest management situation of pharmacies and what can be done from tomorrow. We will talk about how to deal with it.

Toru Ebinuma
Representative pharmacist of Adachi Itsuki Pharmacy (Adachi Ward, Tokyo). In May 2022, it took over the unprofitable predecessor pharmacy and aims to be a pharmacy that is loved with the spirit of “sampo yoshi”. Utilizing my experience in sales at a major pharmaceutical company and my MBA, I launched an online pharmacy business and ALLERU, a service that delivers information and medicines to allergy sufferers, and received awards from the national government and Adachi Ward. Representative Director of CONNECT Co., Ltd. Physician, Mizushima Central Hospital Orthopedic Surgeon
Graduated from Okayama University School of Medicine in 2017 and obtained a medical license. After completing the initial training in 2019, I am working as an orthopedic surgeon.
Established CONNECT Co., Ltd. in August 2021 in order to solve the medical issues that I felt while working in the medical field as a doctor.
