The D&I efforts of applicant companies operating in Japan are scored using a unique index, and certification is awarded according to the score.
Furthermore, in fiscal 2022, in addition to certification based on diversity scores as in the previous year, a new Top Inclusive Company (TIC) Award will be established to certify the degree of penetration of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging). .
