Based on the philosophy of “Let’s get closer to work”, we have provided mental health support such as stress checks, counseling, and consultation services to more than 1.5 million people in 2,000 companies for more than 20 years.
Based on the idea that “in order to contribute to the mental and physical health of all people, it is necessary to work on maintaining and promoting health so that employees can demonstrate their individuality and abilities to the fullest.” We are actively working on management (R).
Characteristics of health management (R) measures
As a countermeasure against aggravated conditions such as hypertension and dyslipidemia, and as a countermeasure against a decrease in physical activity due to continued work from home, we held the “Step Count Grand Prix” to provide opportunities for exercise. About half of the employees participated in the one-month walking event.
The recreation project, which started last year, is a completely bottom-up initiative in which volunteer promoters come up with plans to activate exercise and communication, and the company assists in the planning.
Interdepartmental dinner parties are held, and employees are making unique efforts to create opportunities for intergenerational exchanges and exchanges with other departments.
In addition, with the aim of improving the health literacy of employees, we distribute health columns written by employee
counselors.
