Children without borders
Masanao Yoshida of the Boston Red Sox will support children in developing countries according to the number of home runs and hits this year!
Let’s deliver support together this season so that children around the world can smile!

Masanao Yoshida, who played a big role in the WBC the other day, will support the education of children in developing countries through charity activities according to the number of home runs and hits in the official games of the major leagues this year.
This initiative will be developed on the fundraising site Syncable https://syncable.biz/campaign/4351 in cooperation with the NPO Baseball Legends Foundation. In addition, we are aiming to collect donations of 3 million yen in a form where fans can also participate at Mr. Yoshida’s call.
Donations from Yoshida and his fans will be used carefully for the protection and education of children in Cambodia, the Philippines, and Bangladesh who cannot live with their families due to poverty or abuse through the authorized NPO Children Without Borders (KnK). I will let you.

Message from Masanao Yoshida
Hello, this is Masanao Yoshida of the Boston Red Sox.
Since the 2019 season, I have been donating 100,000 yen to “Children Without Borders (KnK)” for every home run I hit in an official professional baseball game. Through that donation, we support children suffering from poverty in developing countries such as Cambodia, the Philippines, and Bangladesh.
In addition to donations according to the number of home runs, online donations from fans and emergency support for measures against the new coronavirus infection, etc., will be 3,061,100 yen in 2019, 2,442,320 yen in 2020, and 2,266,909 yen in 2021. In 2022, we donated 2,520,585 yen to KnK. Thanks to the cooperation of all the fans, the amount donated exceeded 10 million yen, and in the off-season of 2022, we were able to receive the “Golden Spirit Award”, which recognizes NPB players who have contributed to social contribution activities. Starting this year, we will be moving to the major leagues, but we plan to continue supporting children through KnK. Starting this season, we will donate 100,000 yen for each home run hit so far, plus 10,000 yen for each hit. I would be happy if all the fans would also participate in donations from this page instead of celebrating the day I hit a home run or hit.
Let’s deliver support together this season so that children around the world can smile!
