Shibuya Fashion Week was held for the first time in March 2014 under the concept of “Shibuya, an international cultural tourist city” that aims to make Shibuya a tourist hub open to the world. Since then, it has been held every spring and autumn, and this spring marks the 19th time. Until now, we have worked with a variety of partners to transcend the barriers between facilities, mainly large-scale commercial facilities around Shibuya Station, and have developed a culture that is unique to Shibuya.
At SHIBUYA RUNWAY, the highlight of Shibuya Fashion Week, a runway show was held at a unique venue in Shibuya, bringing excitement to the fashion town of Shibuya.
In the spring of 2021, it will be held at the world’s first Shibuya scramble crossing, and in the spring of 2022, it will be held at the ever-evolving Shibuya development site and distributed online.
