At the beginning of the pitch, Tanaka, the president of our company, referred to the number of neighborhood troubles reported to the police nationwide last year, which was approaching 300,000, and the reports of many incidents caused by neighborhood troubles. I made a pitch on the theme of “creating a new social infrastructure to prevent incidents”.
Tanaka said, “By taking appropriate measures from the moment before the incident, it is possible to minimize troubles in the neighborhood and prevent them from turning into incidents.” He warned society that the mechanism for rescuing sub-incident areas is flawed.
In addition, “As a new social crime prevention system, if there is no mechanism, we can create it. We will provide a service that will be the number one point of contact for problems that have become serious and have lost their place to go because there was no function to handle them.” He talked about the details of the fixed-rate
subscription-type trouble-solving support service provided by the company and his passion for the “society where troubles are not incidents” that the company is aiming for.

This is a service where a former police officer serves as a counselor to help solve “troubles that are less than a case (before becoming a case)” such as “noise”, “nuisance”, “neighbourhood trouble”, “following behavior”, and “slander on SNS”. We respond quickly and accurately with specialized knowledge cultivated as a former police officer, extensive field experience, and well-trained listening skills. In order to nip trouble in the bud, we have adopted a small subscription system that allows you to consult as many times as you like from the “worried” stage, and no success fees or additional charges are incurred. Currently, we are developing trouble-solving support services as “mamorocca” for the real estate industry, which is directly linked to housing, and “P Support” for other industries.
