Mindfulness Life School CAREN will sell notebooks based on the concept of writing mindfulness this year. .

Self-understanding and mental care with a mindfulness note to write. Mindfulness School CAREN is currently developing services that provide psychological education and group therapy centered on mindfulness in order to spread mental self-care aimed at preventing mental illness. Unlike the conventional style of education, we have created time to deepen self-reflection while naturally understanding mindfulness and psychology through the act of writing while answering the questions listed in the workbook. I realized these effects from the changes and experiences of the students, and I came to feel that I want to spread them to the world.
Mindfulness to write, which has become commonplace overseas
Over the past two years, I have collected a large number of journaling notebooks for mental care that have become popular in the United States, Europe, and Australia. I want to make something that young people can feel the sense of art and design that Japan doesn’t have, and want to buy it with a sense of fashion.
A community that solves the problem of not being able to continue As for the drawbacks of conventional psychotherapy workbooks, I have heard many voices of worries such as that it is difficult for one person to continue and that it is difficult to understand. CAREN’s notebooks are as easy to understand as possible, and by creating workshops and sharing times within the community, I would like to create an environment where people can continue to work together, rather than alone. Also, when I don’t have the energy to write, I want to make it something that you can experience through the five senses so that you can be healed by meditation audio guides and art therapy. In CAREN’s share time, I’m making time to share what I wrote. By making time to exchange words rather than dialogue, we aim to understand ourselves through understanding others, and to heal the hearts of others who have similar problems through empathy.
Create notebooks with the community
Together with the community of about 200 people who are currently participating, we plan to start producing notebooks while listening to various opinions. I would be happy if we could make better products that are familiar to everyday life and are cheaper as we continue to make improvements while receiving feedback from people who actually use them.
