The hamburger restaurant “Bikkuri Donkey” developed by Aleph Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido, President: Dai Shoji) will sell three types of “Peach Dessert” for a limited time every year on April 12, 2023. From Sunday (Wednesday), it will be sold at stores west of Kanto. (Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Yamagata, Miyagi, Fukushima and Niigata Bikkuri Donkeys will start selling peach desserts from Wednesday, May 17.)
This year, we will develop a lineup of all three “peach desserts” that use peaches luxuriously.
“Jokki Parfait (Peach)” is a luxurious and satisfying dish with white peach compote, Hokkaido soft-serve ice cream, black tea chiffon cake, etc. in a large mug. You can also enjoy while sharing with friends and family.
The “Summer Snow Peach Parfait” has a gorgeous finish with plenty of juicy white peach pulp around the soft cream. Inside is fragrant peach jelly and nata de coco, making it a parfait with the triple threat of taste, aroma, and texture.
“Smooth Almond Little Peach” is a surprise donkey masterpiece that uses the original scrap apricot kernels. The sweetness of apricot kernels and the freshness of fresh white peaches make for an outstanding combination.
