Yasuki Iwasaka
Born in Toyama Prefecture
After graduating from high school, he trained in Toyama Prefecture, Tokyo, and Italy.
2008 Opened an Italian restaurant in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture We collaborate with various producers to develop dishes full of originality that can only be made in the land.
We are particular about the tableware, and express Toyama by matching the dishes with the works of local artists.
We also open stores at various music festivals, gourmet and wine events, including Summer Sonic.
In 2020, I left my hometown and moved to Tokyo with the desire to express myself through ingredients and cuisine, to my hometown that can be seen from Tokyo.
Became a chef at an Italian restaurant in Ebisu.
It has also been published in media such as contest grand prix winners and magazines.
Since April 2023, he has been working as a freelance chef, focusing on catering and business trip cooking.
In 2020, he became a chef at a restaurant in Ebisu.
