Development background
One of the major challenges in telework is “printing”. We received a consultation from a customer who is teleworking, saying, “There are employees who come to work because they do not have a printer at home.” This was the impetus for us to work together to solve this problem. In addition, as we proceeded with the collaboration, when we conducted interviews with various customers, we also received issues regarding the individual burden of printing costs. “I can’t confirm the details of what was printed from the receipt,” “It’s a small amount, but it’s troublesome to bill the company each time.” This development was made to solve the problems of companies and employees associated with the “printing problem” during telework.
Features of the new service

Employees (including retirees) who receive documents can print at convenience stores with a series of seamless operations from document receipt to printing. Printing with “Net Print (R) * 1”, which was introduced before the cooperation, was a service that could not be used by those who did not have a smartphone, but with the new service after the cooperation, you can use the app. It is now possible to obtain the “print reservation number” required for convenience store printing on the “Charlotte POST” screen without installing.

You can choose to pay the printing costs either by the company or by the employee. If you choose to pay the company, the printing costs will be settled at a later date by the company, so there is no need to settle each time. As a result, it is possible to reduce the uptime and cumbersome work of expense accountants. Furthermore, since only the documents sent by the company can be printed, there is no printing charge for unnecessary documents (inappropriate documents, media, etc.).

Charlotte was born from customer feedback, and since the beginning of development, we have been developing services specializing in “social insurance application work”. While receiving consultations on corporate social insurance application work, we are now able to provide consultations other than social insurance application work, such as this time.
