“Singer-songwriter” is a word that has a hint of the Showa era. There are probably not many artists in the Reiwa era who resonate with this word. However, “Kimei Tabuchi” is such an artist. His world view is not just Showa retro, but his sophisticated urban chord progressions also show that he has been exposed to music that transcends genres. “Kimei Tabuchi” is a singer-songwriter who is a perfect combination of poetry and music, and whose stories are true to form. I hope that the true songs will reach the people who are working hard in this country.

“Kimei Tabuchi” Born in 1963 Born in Otake City, Hiroshima Prefecture After appearing regularly at Fukuoka’s “Live House Teruwa” during his student days, he moved to Tokyo to work for a specialized trading company.While working as an office worker, he continued to perform solo live at live houses in Tokyo, before retiring early in 2019. Independent as a singer-songwriter. Released two mini albums on the same day in 2020. As a touring musician, he travels around the country from north to south mainly playing and singing.
We have been singing together for a long time. It is not a flashy stage, but a small stage where encounters and reunions occur repeatedly. There, many thoughts and dreams continue to shine. This is because we live in a very kind time, and there are many adults who are working hard. I want to deliver “YUKUE” to adults who are working hard.
I received some words from the owner of a live music venue. I hope that the dreams of the adults who continue to sing will come true. I won’t let it end in a dream. This is an album release that is filled with hope and that you will want to get close to.
