Changes in the preparation status of those considering remodeling in one year | Site renewal of the remodeling bulk estimate service “Reform Guide”
157% increase in consultations on renovations assuming the use of subsidies. Is it the impact of the Children’s Mirai Housing Support Project, etc.?
Anabuki Digital Service Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Shinya Matsumoto), which operates the renovation bulk estimate service “Reform Guide” (https://www.reform-guide.jp/), will start in 2021. April 2022 to March 2022) and fiscal 2022 (April 2022 to March 2023), we conducted a survey of renovation consultation case data and renewed the service site.

When we investigated changes in trends in consultation cases in 2021 and 2022, we found that there was a strong tendency to consult after thoroughly researching information about renovations.
■ The ratio of planned consultations, rather than sudden renovations, has increased
Regarding the desired construction period for renovation, the number of urgent projects such as “within half a month” and “within one month” and those with “undecided” decreased, while the percentage of those who requested “within 2 months” and “within 3 months” increased. ■ The percentage of renovation projects that are supposed to use subsidies has increased
The number of cases that referred to the use of subsidies at the time of consultation increased from 0.87% to 2.38% (up 157.2%).

You can see that there are more cases to consult after knowing information about remodeling in advance.
The renovation guide constantly collects information on renovation companies that can apply for subsidies such as “children’s eco-home support projects” and “advanced window renovation projects”, and introduces only eligible companies for renovation projects that can use subsidies. We are building a system that can

On May 9, 2023, the “Reform Guide” service site was renewed in order to respond to changes in remodeling consideration behavior. With this renewal, it has become easier for customers who are considering remodeling to find the information they need.

We will provide useful information to a wide range of customers, from those who are thinking about remodeling for the first time to those who have a lot of experience. ■ Added a recommended renovation company page by prefecture
In order to make it easier to find information on local remodeling companies, which is most important when considering remodeling, we have newly established a recommended remodeling company page by prefecture. We have gathered useful information such as local renovation companies and subsidy information.
■Expansion of remodeling cases and coverage articles of affiliated stores In response to many requests from customers, we have enriched the reform case studies and coverage articles of affiliated stores. We will continue to add coverage articles that show actual renovation cases and ideas of renovation companies, as they will be helpful for renovation plans.
■ Improved convenience for smartphone users
The interface has been revised to make it easier to find information and read the content when accessing from a smartphone. The flow line for making direct calls is also arranged, realizing smooth
operability. We will continue to pursue a site that is easy to use for smartphone users, such as improving performance.
“Reform Guide” will continue to improve and improve in order to provide valuable services to customers.
